The Showcase Kickoff Luncheon, is an annual tradition, and despite the weather more than 230 Chamber members and their guests attended. It was a great crowd. Although it was snowing outside, the colors and enthusiasm inside created a Spring like atmosphere. This year’s Showcase planning committee introduced a new auction format giving everyone a chance to win; Robert Bach, chief economist with Grubb & Ellis, offered the crowd his insight on the current economy; and overall the audience was lively and enthusiastic about the event.
