Be a Membership Champion in 2008

The Chamber’s Membership Committee introduces the Membership Champion Program.  A Membership Champion is an active Chamber member, who is proactive about Chamber functions and services,  participates in various committees and programs, sponsors meetings and events, and is always working to recruit new members and retain our current members.

A Membership Champion calls on new members on behalf of the Chamber, hosts new business leaders at events and helps to plan the bi-monthly Membership Orientation meeting.  Many of our members are Champions, but this year we’re going to make it official.

The Chamber staff will start tracking referrals.  Each month, we’ll recognize those companies and individuals that have recruited a new member and at the end of the year, the individuals with the most referrals will be eligible for some great prizes.  Prizes include auto services, restaurant gift cards and much more.  The grand prize will receive two airline tickets from Southwest Airlines.  Watch for more information but start recruiting today.  January 7 kicks off the first day of referrals and the competition ends December 31, 2008.
