New Members joining on April 17th receive 50% off their first year of membership!
The Oldham County Chamber of Commerce is offering special membership pricing to first-time members. On Friday, April 17, 2009, the Chamber of Commerce will offer membership at half price for one day only. Businesses who have not been in the Oldham County Chamber before, or who have been gone for three years or more are invited to join the Chamber at half the price. Membership rates are based on the number of employees. The offer does not apply to top investors or to current membership.
Between April 17 and May 15, 2009, current members recruiting two or more new businesses to the Chamber may renew their next membership at half price.
“Being involved in the Chamber and networking with other businesses is one of the most important and effective strategies a business can do in this tough economy,” said Deana Karem, executive director of the Oldham County Chamber of Commerce. “We hope that businesses who have wanted to join, but never took the time will take advantage of this opportunity.”
Currently, the Oldham Chamber has more than 400 businesses. It is anticipated that this special offer will give businesses a chance to discover the Chamber and other businesses throughout the County.
The Chamber staff and Membership Committee will have three membership campaign locations on Friday, April 17, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Staff, board members and committee volunteers will be on hand to accept applications, answer questions and welcome new businesses to the Chamber. New members will receive a coupon for lunch specials. Membership is also available by contacting the office at 222-1635 or TFavier@OldhamCountyChamber.com.
