The Chamber celebrated with Jim Zimmerman, David Bowling, and members of Citizens Union Bank on their ground breaking ceremony for their new location on HWY 53 in LaGrange. The new bank will be modeled to look like a train station to fit the ‘theme’ of LaGrange, and will sit next to the Kroger shopping center. On hand were Jim Zimmerman and CUB President David Bowling, CUB Directors, LaGrange Mayor Elsie Carter, Oldham County Judge/Executive Duane Murner, Magistrate Steve Greenwell, project architects Fran Scott and Stan Klausing, Chamber members and board members.
